How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 for all orders under $100 and free for all orders over $100. Return shipping on your device is always free! We provide you a prepaid shipping label in your delivery box. 

How long does it take to receive my device after I place my order?

We process your order the same day you place it before 5pm EST. You can expect 3-5 days for delivery.

How do I send back in my old device?

Send your old device back in the same box we send you. A prepaid shipping label is included! Drop your box off at any USPS location or USPS drop box. 

Which countries do you ship to? 

We currently ship to the US only, however, we know there is a global demand for our service and are hoping to expand in the near future! You can join our waitlist here.

Return Deadlines

You have 5 business days starting the day after your delivery date to drop your device in the mail. We will remind you via email and provide you a prepaid shipping label. To learn more about returning your package click here.

Additional Charges

When completing a swap, you agree that if you fail to send in your device or if the device that is returned does not meet our eligibility requirements, you will be subject to additional charges up to the value of the device you receive. To learn more about deadlines and fees click here.

Refund Policy

We ask that you spend time testing your device before you send it back to us to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Due to the nature of our replacement process, once you ship your old device back to us we will not be able to issue a refund or return it back to you because we will have already found it a new home.
