The AirPods Replacement Swap is a same generation AirPod exchange for professionally renewed AirPods with restored battery life. We'll send you a pair of refreshed AirPod buds, you'll send us your old AirPods back in the same box using the pre-paid label provided. Please note, your swap will not include a charging case unless selected.

The device you receive is pre-owned, therefore some fine scratches and other minor imperfections may be visible.
While we would love for all AirPods to be eligible for our swap, please make sure to review our eligibility requirements carefully.
If your AirPods are in one or more of the following conditions, you are not eligible for our swap exchange.

✘ AirPods are fake

✘ Microphone does not work
✘ Flashing green light status on charging case
Please note, if your charging case is no longer working replacement AirPods alone will not function with your current charging case. Please include a charging case at checkout!
What happens if I send in a device that does not qualify? Sending in a device that does not qualify will result in fees up to the value of necessary repairs. If you are unsure about the condition of your device, please contact us over chat or with photos at support@theswapclub.com.
My device does not qualify, now what? If your device does not qualify for our swap, we will gladly Recycle it for you!

1. Receive your device
Choose your desired swap. Then, select the AirPods you will be sending back to us to determine your swap price. Checkout & receive your renewed AirPods within 3-5 business days.
2. Configure device
We ship you the AirPods first. After delivery, you will have 5 business days to configure your new AirPods following the instructions provided in your swap box.
3. Send back old device
Send back your old AirPods using the prepaid materials provided. Then, we will fix them up and find your old buds a new home.
