We currently ship to the US only, however, we know there is a global demand for our service and are hoping to expand in the near future! You can join our waitlist here.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 for all orders under $100 and Free for all Orders over $100. Return shipping is free! We provide you a prepaid shipping label in your delivery box.
How long does it take to receive my AirPods after I place my order?
We process your order the same day you place it before 2pm EST. You can expect 3-5 business days for delivery.
I received my device, now what?
We ask that you spend time testing your device before you send it back to us to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Due to the nature of our swap process, once you ship your old device back to us we will not be able to issue a refund or return it back to you.
How do I send back in my old device?
You can send your old device back in the same box we send you. A prepaid shipping label is included! Drop your box off at any USPS location or USPS drop box.
