We want you to love your AirPods. All claims under warranty will be reviewed by the Panther TECH store or our customer care team to ensure you are satisfied with your Podswap experience. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, or even just to say hello! 


Due to the nature of our service, we are unable to accommodate the return of your old AirPods once you have made your purchase at the FIU Panther TECH Store. When participating in a swap with Podswap at Panther TECH, you are agreeing to permanently release your old AirPods to us.  

For claims under warranty, refunds will not be issued. Under a warranty claim: the customer may be required to complete another “swap” at no additional fee, at which time: (a) The Panther TECH Store will provide you with another replacement pair of AirPods and you will be required to return the AirPods under warranty back to the Panther TECH Store.


What is covered by this warranty? This warranty covers any functional defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase at the FIU Panther TECH store by the end-user purchaser. 

What is not covered by this warranty? This warranty does not apply to accessories such as the AirPod Silicon Case Protector or any other accessories sold in association with Podswap at the FIU Panther TECH store. 

Our warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: (a) conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship; (b) cosmetic damage such as deep scratches, dents or broken plastic unless damage has occurred due to a defect in material or workmanship; (c) damage caused by negligence, improper maintenance or modification; (d) damage caused by accident, including but not limited to fire, liquid contact, or natural disaster (e) theft or loss. 

How long does the coverage last? The warranty period for Podswap AirPods purchased at the FIU Panther TECH Store is 90 days from the date of purchase.  

Who is covered? The Podswap at Panther TECH limited 90 Day Warranty covers the original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty is nontransferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.

What Podswap will do under this warranty. Under this limited 90 Day Warranty Podswap at Panther TECH will either: (a) replace the AirPods at no charge; or in special circumstances (b) issue a refund for the item where deemed fit.  

Will the warranty carry over to my replacement? The Podswap at Panther TECH limited 90 Day Warranty only covers the original transaction. Once a warranty claim is resolved the new AirPods you receive are only included under warranty for the remainder of the warranty period determined by your initial transaction. What will the customer do under this warranty? Where deemed fit, under this limited 90 Day Warranty the customer or end-user may be required to complete another “swap” at no additional fee at which time: (a) You will visit the Panther TECH store in person to receive a replacement Pair of AirPods and you will be required to bring the AirPods under warranty back into the Panther TECH store to qualify for such exchange.  

No other warranty applies. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Podswap at FIU Panther TECH.

Limitation of Liability. Podswap nor the FIU Panther TECH store shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to special amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
