If your iPhone is in one or more of the following conditions, you are not eligible for our swap exchange.
✘ You are currently locked into a contract with your carrier (if you are unsure please contact your carrier)
✘ Your front screen, back cover or camera is cracked
✘ Your home button is non-functioning
✘ Your face ID is non-functioning
✘ Your iPhone is water damaged
✘ Your camera or microphone is non-functioning
What happens if I send in a device that does not qualify? Sending in a device that does not qualify will result in fees up to the value of necessary repairs. If you are unsure about the condition of your device, please contact us over chat or with photos at support@theswapclub.com.
My device does not qualify, now what? If your device does not qualify for our swap, we will gladly Recycle it for you!
