Before sending your AirPods back to us, we ask that complete the following steps to ensure you have erased all of your personal data from your device.
Go to Settings > [your name] > Find My. Tap Find My [device], then turn off Find My [device].
Due to the nature of our replacement process, once you ship your old pair to us we will not be able to return your original pair back to you. Should you have any issues with your replacement buds, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your AirPods may have low battery when you first receive them as they may have lost power during shipping and transit. Simply charge your AirPods as usual. They can take 3-4 charging cycles in your case to reach full battery performance. Enjoy your new pods!
